For as long as I can remember, I have been involved in the act of creating, as if it were not a choice. Whether it be building with legos, drawing on the floor with crayons, or working on a thirty-foot mural. Though, I enjoy working on many projects, including; large scale drawings and mixed media sculpture, it has been the medium of oil paint that has emerged as the favored means to my expression.

My approach at the Secondary level is to guide the students in developing a sense of individuality within their work, while still focusing on the importance of technical skills. I develop lesson plans around the Massachusetts Curriculum frameworks that engage students, focusing on a set of goals, while still allowing room for self-interpretations. I do not believe in giving projects that give a carbon copy turn around....

I am currently accepting commissions. Commissions are taken as a first come first serve basis. Pricing will be based upon size, number of subjects, and image complexity. Payments will be spread in either two or three installment plans based upon the size of the work. The first payment will cover supplies and is nonrefundable, half way through the process the patron will have a chance to view the work in progress and have a chance to discuss any changes or corrections in which the second payment is due.
